CPAC: Defence Minister David McGuinty announces the plan for a new drone innovation facility in Mirabel, Que. A consortium will receive $29.6 million over two years to build and launch the Uncrewed Systems Defence Innovation Secure Hub, which will include 30 organizations from industry and academia to develop and test new autonomous systems.
